The seminar will look at the procedure from the perspective of Promoter and Petitioners including the approach to compulsory purchase and other issues that arise in the context of current Hybrid Bill experience.

The Young CPA is a group set up as part of the Compulsory Purchase Association to promote training and networking opportunities for junior members of the profession.

The event is for those who meet the Young CPA criteria (i.e. 35 years old or less, or having less than 10 years professional experience).
